About Northland Living
Northland Living, the real estate development affiliate of Northland Properties Corporation, develops exceptional residential towers and mixed-use communities. Our principals bring more than 40 years of collective industry experience that’s paired with Northland Properties’ 60-year history as the parent company to a collection of well-known hotel, restaurant, resort and sports brands with locations throughout Canada, the U.K. and U.S.
Northland Living is a traditional real estate development company focused on growing shareholder value. We take pride in adding value to not only the projects we build, but also the communities we build in, and work to bring unique opportunities to our end-users, residents and partners.
We focus on outsized growth potential driven by local economic and demographic trends and seek to leverage our local expertise and presence to generate attractive returns, and to make a positive impact on the municipalities in which we invest and develop.
We are actively developing our portfolio across a variety of land holdings and expanding our ability to apply practical and diverse investment and development strategies.
